Cookie Policy
Version: Draft 0.1 · 30 September 2026
This text is a draft and will go through legal review before it is published. Details that are not decided yet will be added once they are.
1. Scope
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage (localStorage) used on the santral.la pages of the santral.la website and in the santral.la web panel and web phone. The controller is Santral.la (“santral.la”). Details on personal data are in the Privacy Notice (santral.la/en/privacy).
The mobile and desktop apps do not use cookies; session data is kept in the device’s secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore, operating system credential store).
2. Categories and legal basis
| Category | Description | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary (functional) | Session, security, storing your cookie choice; the site and panel do not work without them | Not required; legal basis KVKK art. 5(2)(c) and (f), ePrivacy “strictly necessary” exemption |
| Preferences | Remembering the theme and similar settings | On the website, subject to consent; in the panel treated as necessary because it stores a choice the user made explicitly |
| Statistics | Measuring how the site is used | Consent |
| Marketing | Advertising and retargeting | Consent |
The panel and web phone use only necessary and preference storage; they use no statistics or marketing cookies. If a statistics or marketing tool is added to the website, it runs only after consent is given in the cookie banner.

Website (santral.la)
The website sets no cookies and uses no browser storage; it has no statistics, advertising or third-party tools. If such a tool is ever added, it runs only after consent in a cookie panel and is listed here first.
4. Managing your choices
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings; if you block necessary cookies, the panel will not work.
5. Your rights and contact
Your rights under KVKK art. 11 and (for persons in the EU/UK) the GDPR, and how to exercise them, are described in the Privacy Notice. Contact: info@santral.la.
